1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your email address, account details, support messages, and files submitted for processing. We also collect limited technical data including device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, request timestamps, feature usage, and diagnostic events.

Payment details are handled by our payment provider. NoiseWipe receives transaction status, plan, and billing identifiers, but does not store full payment-card numbers.

2. Audio and video files

Uploaded media and generated outputs are used to provide the cleanup you request. We do not sell your recordings or use private uploads to train general-purpose AI models unless we first obtain separate, explicit permission. Files may be held temporarily for processing, delivery, abuse prevention, and recovery from transient failures, then removed according to the retention period shown in the product.

You should retain your own original. NoiseWipe is not an archival storage service.

3. How we use information

• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
• Authenticate users and maintain accounts and usage balances.
• Process purchases and send essential service communications.
• Respond to support, legal, and safety requests.
• Analyze aggregate product performance and prevent misuse.

4. Service providers and disclosure

We share information only as needed with vendors that support hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, communications, and media processing. They may process data under contractual restrictions for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the public, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Retention and security

Account, billing, and security records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above and applicable legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the data. No online system is completely secure, so do not upload material whose risk exceeds the protections of an online processing service.

6. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also close your account and opt out of non-essential messages. We may verify your identity before completing a request and retain information where law permits or requires it.

7. International use and children

Information may be processed in countries other than your own, with safeguards used where required. NoiseWipe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product or email notice. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to privacy@noisewipe.com.
