NoiseWipe policies
Refund Policy
Eligibility, exclusions, and the request process for NoiseWipe subscription and credit refunds.
Effective August 3, 2026
1. Before you purchase
We encourage you to use any available preview or free allowance to confirm that NoiseWipe fits your recordings and workflow. Restoration results depend on the source, and severe clipping, missing speech, or overwhelming noise may not be recoverable.
2. Subscription charges
You may request a refund of an initial subscription charge within 14 days of purchase if the account has used no more than the free-tier-equivalent processing allowance shown at the time of purchase. Renewal charges may be refunded when requested within 7 days and no paid usage from the renewed period has been consumed.
3. Credit purchases
Unused, non-promotional credit packs may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used to process or export media are not refundable, except when a verified service failure consumed credits without delivering an output.
4. Service failures and duplicate charges
If a technical failure charges credits but produces no downloadable result, contact support with the job identifier. We may restore the credits or refund the affected processing at our discretion. Duplicate or clearly erroneous payment charges will be corrected after verification.
5. Exclusions
- Promotional, bonus, trial, or expired credits have no cash value.
- Dissatisfaction caused solely by source limitations is not eligible after substantial usage.
- Accounts suspended for fraud, chargeback abuse, or material policy violations are not eligible except where law requires.
- Purchases made through a third-party marketplace are governed by that marketplace's refund process.
6. Requesting a refund
Email billing@noisewipe.com from the account address. Include the purchase date, transaction reference, and a short explanation. Do not email full card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.
7. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where local law gives you greater cancellation or refund rights, those rights apply.
